AI automation & agent solutions

The bridge from
“AI could fix this” to actually fixed.

Every firm — the corner shop and the big operation alike — is drowning in manual busywork that AI can erase today. Most just don't know where to start, or who to trust. That's the bridge I build: I find the drudgery, ship the fix, and hand it back clean.

This entire site — the design, the copy, and the working service demos below — was built in a single focused session. That's the whole pitch: the distance from an idea to a shipped, working solution is now measured in hours, not months. Imagine that speed pointed at your operation.
The gap nobody's bridging

The tools exist. The bridge doesn't.

There's a maddening gap between what AI can do right now and what actually gets done inside real businesses. Here's where it breaks.

01

Teams drown in busywork

Retyping receipts. Cleaning duplicate lists. Digging through PDFs. Transcribing calls. Hours a week, every week, on work no one should still be doing by hand.

02

AI can already fix most of it

The capability is here today. Not "someday" — now. Most of that repetitive work can be automated reliably, with a human check where it counts.

03

But there's no fast bridge

Between "AI could do this" and "it's done and working," most firms find nothing — no fast, trustworthy path. That path is what I am.

Real solutions I build

Send me the mess. Get back something usable.

You don't need to know anything about AI. You send the raw thing, you check the result before it's final, you get clean output. Here's a sample of what that looks like.

Extract

Receipts & photos → spreadsheet

For anyone with a shoebox of receipts, a stack of business cards, or a handwritten list

Before
📷 IMG_4471.jpg 📷 IMG_4472.jpg 📷 IMG_4473.jpg (a pile of photos)
After
Date Vendor Amt 04/02 Depot $58.20 04/05 Shell $41.10 04/09 Staples $12.99

Recurring by nature: whoever has receipts this month has them next month too.

Try it live →
Clean

Messy list → cleaned & deduped

For dirty customer, contact, donor, or product lists

Before
Jon Smith, TX JOHN SMITH,texas j smith - dup? (212)5551234 212.555.1234
After
John Smith | TX (212) 555-1234 ✓ deduped ✓ standardized ✓ merged

Low competition, high value: every business has a dirty list, and it always re-rots.

Summarize

Document pile → summary & data

For stacks of contracts, statements, reports, or manuals

Before
📄 42-page PDF 📄 contract_v3.pdf 📄 statement.pdf (unsearchable, unread)
After
• Key terms table • Plain-English summary • Searchable • Data extracted

Turns a wall of text into something you can actually act on in minutes.

Transcribe

Audio/video → notes & actions

For meetings, interviews, calls, and podcasts

Before
🎙 meeting.mp3 (58 minutes, never relistened to)
After
• Clean transcript • 5-point summary • Action items w/ owners

Weekly-recurring by nature — the meetings never stop.

Organize · local agent

Messy folder → clean structure

For the Downloads/Desktop black hole — runs on your machine, files never leave it

Before
Downloads/ IMG_2093.jpg final_v3.pdf stuff.xlsx receipt.png (+147 more)
After
/Finance /Photos /Projects /Receipts ✓ sorted & named

Runs where your files already live — nothing uploaded. You approve the structure before it moves a single file.

On the roadmap · for accountants

Books → tax-ready workpapers

Built for CPA/EA firms, not taxpayers — you keep the judgment and the signature

Before
QuickBooks / Sage trial balance (hours of manual mapping)
After
• Tax-line mapping • M-1 adjustments • State schedule • Flags for review

A back-office accelerator — every judgment call is flagged for your licensed review, never decided for you.

Something else on your plate?

If it's repetitive and you hate doing it, it's probably automatable.

How it works

Simple on your end. You're always in control.

No software to learn, no AI to figure out. And nothing is ever final until you've seen it and said yes.

1

You send the raw thing

Photos, a spreadsheet, PDFs, a recording — whatever the mess is. In plain language, not tech-speak.

2

AI does the heavy lift

The extraction, cleaning, and structuring happen fast behind the scenes.

3

You check it

You see the result and verify it yourself, in real time. Your data, your call — nothing is final until you say so.

4

Not right? Just say so.

Hit “needs more work,” say what's off in plain words, and it redoes it. On the rare stubborn case, a human steps in. Files deleted after.

Two ways in

Here to get something done? Or here to evaluate me?

Both are welcome — pick your door.

For businesses & individuals

You have a problem to solve
  • You don't need to know anything about AI — that's my job.
  • Outcomes in plain language: "photo in, spreadsheet out."
  • You check every result before it's final.
  • Your files are deleted after delivery. Never sold, never trained on.

For hiring & contract teams

You're evaluating what I can build
  • Everything on this page is proof of work, not a promise.
  • I scope real problems, build the fix, and ship — fast.
  • I design AI systems with humans in the loop where it counts.
  • If I built all this in a session, picture it aimed at your backlog.

Your data, handled right

I don't keep what I don't need.

Source files are deleted after your work is delivered. I never train AI models on your data, and I never sell it. The only exception is where a specific service legally requires records to be retained — and if so, you're told exactly how and for how long, up front.

🔒 Deleted after delivery 🚫 Never trained on 🔐 Never sold

Who's behind this

I build the bridge because it drives me crazy that it's missing.

I look at small firms and large ones alike and see the same thing: a dozen manual tasks that could be automated today, and no fast, trustworthy way to actually get it done. So I made myself that way. I find the repetitive work that's quietly costing you hours, build a practical solution around it, keep a human check on the parts that matter, and hand it back clean — quickly. If it's tedious and you hate doing it, let's talk about making it disappear.

Let's talk

What's the busywork you'd love to never touch again?

Tell me the tedious thing. I'll tell you honestly whether — and how fast — it can be automated.
